Karen van Niekerk Attorneys specialises in the administration of deceased estates, deceased estate transfers and general conveyancing.

After obtaining her BCom LLB degree from the University of Pretoria, Karen was admitted as an Attorney in 1994. She gained comprehensive experience in estate matters by working at the Master of the High Court and Absa Trust for almost 10 years, and was admitted as a Conveyancer in 1997.
Karen started her own practice in 2002, and today specializes in the administration of deceased estates, deceased estate transfers and general conveyancing.
In addition, she has represented the Pretoria Attorneys Association (www.ppv.co.za) on the Deceased and Insolvency Committee from 2007 to 2020 and also served on the Deceased and Insolvency Committee of the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA).
